AI is doing this for you:answering customer chats
Your business
ready for the AI era yet?
Not sure where to start? We look for free — we find the work AI can take over, then build a system your team actually uses. You do not need to know anything technical.
A team that comes in and builds it with you — not an app you sign up for and work out alone. Sized for anyone, from a single shop to a listed company.

From 7 steps down to 2
An agentic workflow means AI does the work, not just answers questions. The job flows end to end on its own, and a person steps in only where a decision has to be made.
Before · through 7 hand-offs, each waiting on someone free
Customers reach you on four channels — LINE, Facebook, Instagram, your website.
Every message joins the same line, whichever way it came in.
We bring every channel into one inbox.
Same person, same thread, picked up without asking twice.
AI drafts the reply, and a person sends it.
Before
- Customer messages you on chat
- An admin reads it and copies it into a file
- Passed to sales to check the price
- Sales opens stock, writes the quote
- Sent back to the manager to review
- Two or three rounds of edits
- Sent to the customer — half a day gone
After keelz builds it
- An AI agent reads the chat, pulls the price, checks stock, drafts the quote and pings the manager — all of it automatic
- The manager reviews and approves in one click; it reaches the customer straight away
Result: 5 steps gone, over 90% less time per job, and every quote comes out to the same standard.

How we work
Start small, prove it, then widen
A free call to understand the business
Thirty minutes. Tell us what a normal day looks like and where it hurts — you do not need to know anything about AI to have this conversation.
Audit and roadmap
We walk through the work across the company, rank where the return is highest and the risk lowest, then write it up as a plan with numbers you can hold us to.
First workflow live in 30 days
We start at one point where the result is obvious, build it for real, connect it to the systems you already run, and let the team see it work for themselves.

Safety first
Use AI in a way that is safe and auditable at every step
Leaking data and AI making things up are the two reasons businesses hold back — so we design for both before anything else.
Your data does not leak
Not every piece of your data is the same.
We separate it into tiers from day one.
What you mark as never-leaves does not leave. At all.
What may leave can go to an outside model for help.
You draw that line, not us.
A person always approves what matters
Every job in your company arrives at the same point.
Work that commits you to nothing passes on its own, by rules you set.
Anything binding — price, contract, money — always stops for a person.
Rejected work goes back to be fixed. It never reaches the customer.
Fewer decisions for people — and only the ones that actually matter.
Quality rules on every workflow
Every workflow is checked against its own rules before anything reaches a customer. Fail the check and it goes back to a person — nothing goes out on a guess.
Go gradually, and you can always go back
We start with low-risk work and measure before widening, and any system can be switched off and returned to the old way immediately.
Every job AI does can be traced back
Every AI action and every approval is recorded — who pressed what, when, and which data tier it touched. If something goes wrong you can see exactly which step it happened at.
An illustrative example — the names and figures are invented so you can see the shape of the work; the real thing is built around your business.
Need a stricter standard? We will sign an NDA/DPA and build to your organisation's requirements — see the enterprise page

Frequently asked
Still on the fence? The answers are here
Getting started
We are small, only a handful of staff — can we start?
Yes — and it usually pays back faster than at a large company, because the steps are simpler. We start with the single most painful workflow, at an entry budget of about what one part-timer costs.
Our team is not technical at all. Will they cope?
What we build runs in the background. Your team keeps using the channels they already know — LINE, chat, email — and training until they are comfortable is included in every engagement.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
No. We connect to what you have — LINE OA, Google Sheets, your accounting software, your sales system or ERP. Ripping out a company's systems is an unnecessary risk to take on the very first job.
What should we prepare before the first call?
Nothing at all. If you happen to have an example of work that eats time — a customer chat, a quote, a report you redo every week — bringing it helps us point at the right starting place more precisely.
How much of our team's time does this take?
About 1–2 hours a week in the first month, mostly your team trying it and telling us what does not match the real job. After that it is just their normal reviewing — nobody has to babysit the system full time.
Data and risk
How safe is our company data?
We always decide first which data AI may see and which must never leave the company, following Thailand's PDPA, and then pick a model and a processing location that match how sensitive your data actually is.
Will our data be used to train models?
No. We use providers whose contracts state plainly that usage data is not used for training, and sensitive fields are masked before they are sent — or processed on your own servers instead.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every workflow has its own checks and a human approval before anything reaches a customer. Work that fails a check, or that the AI is unsure about, goes back to a person — and you can switch the system off and return to the old way immediately.
How is this different from just subscribing to an AI tool?
A tool is raw material. What produces a result is deciding which work AI should do, how it connects to your existing systems, and who checks what. keelz does that part end to end, and puts numbers against it.
If we stop, who owns the system and the data?
You do, from day one — the code, the documentation, the data, and the provider accounts opened in your company's name. We deliberately make it possible to stop working with us without pain, because a good system has to outlive the people who built it.
Results and people
How quickly will we see results?
The first workflow is in real use within 30 days, and you see the hours saved from the first month. Whether to widen it is a decision you make after that.
How do we know it is worth it?
Before and after, in real numbers: hours returned, baht saved, turnaround time and error rate — written up monthly so you can decide whether to widen it, stop, or adjust.
How is it priced?
Per workflow actually built, or as a monthly support package — never as a single company-wide fee on day one. The real figure depends on how complex your work is and what it has to connect to. The conversation and the assessment are free; nothing is charged until we start building.
Will our staff lose their jobs?
Our aim is to move people off repetitive work and onto work that earns — looking after customers, closing sales, developing products. Most businesses we work with do not cut staff; they stop needing to hire while taking on more work.
If it does not pay off, can we stop?
At any point. We charge per project or per month with no long-term contract, and the monthly numbers are what we use together to decide whether to carry on.
