Solutions · Cut cost, stop the bleeding
Find where the money leaks, then plug it before month end
Sales are fine but the profit is not. Usually that is not because you sell too little — it is money leaking away with nobody free to chase it.
Before we look for the leaks
It comes in full but not all of it arrives
Switch between how money slips out at the joints today and what changes once they are sealed.
Today — money leaves on the way
- Nobody has time to chase unused subscriptions and duplicate bills
- Some orders lose money once shipping and fees come off
- Cash sits in stock that does not move — you find out at the count
The agent finds and proposes, with evidence — cancelling, renegotiating or holding a payment always needs a person to confirm.
The leak map

The map walks through the points on its own, or pick the one that matches your business.

Cost Leak Finder
Hunt down leaking spend every month
Hundreds of payment lines a month — subscriptions nobody uses any more, duplicate bills, prices creeping up. Each one looks too small to notice.
Every week the agent reads payments from your accounting software and bank statements, compares them with last month and your contracts, and lists what looks wrong with the yearly value beside it.
- A weekly report: leaks ranked by value, with the evidence behind each one
- A register of every subscription: who uses it, and when they last did
- An immediate alert on duplicate bills or prices rising past the threshold you set
Spend recovered
3–7% of operating expenses
When you see results
First report in 2 weeks, in regular use within 30 days
The agent only flags and proposes. Cancelling a service, renegotiating a price or holding a payment needs the owner or a manager to confirm, item by item.
The bars on the map are illustrative proportions, just to show which points leak more — the real numbers come from your own data during the Audit.
Who this is for, and where to start
Start with the first two — they run on data you already have
- Sales grow, profit does notAt month-end the profit is lower than it should be and nobody can find why
- Too many orders and too much stock to check by handOnline shops, factories, restaurants or logistics firms with many suppliers
- You know something leaks, but nobody can digOwners or CFOs whose accounting team already has its hands full closing the books
Start with Cost Leak Finder and Profit per Order
Both run on data the company already has (payments and orders). You see real numbers in 2–3 weeks, and the results point to whether stock, procurement or waste comes next.
What it actually looks like
Not a dashboard you have to sit and watch — a list that lands on your desk
- Sorted by value, the biggest leak at the top
- Every line carries its source, so you can trace which transaction it came from
- Each comes with a proposal: cancel, renegotiate, or leave it
Before we start we agree the baseline with you, then measure every month how much came off — in baht and in hours.

FAQ
What owners ask before starting on cost
Our accounts and costs are confidential. Is this safe?
The data stays in your systems. We design the agent to read only what it needs, and set who can see which report. If nothing may leave the company at all, an in-house LLM can be used, and everything follows PDPA from day one.
Our books are not tidy and product costs are incomplete. Can we start?
You can, and it is normal. We usually start where the data already exists, such as payments and orders, and let the agent point out what is missing and how to capture it. Within 1–2 months the numbers are complete enough to see real profit per order.
How is this different from accounting software or a dashboard we already have?
A dashboard shows you numbers to go and read. The agents in this bundle go through them every day and come back with a list: where it leaks, how much, what to do — with the work drafted for you, such as a request for quotes or a stock clearance plan. The decisions that need a person are still yours.
Will the AI cut spending or suspend something on its own without us knowing?
No. Anything that touches money, suppliers or employees needs a person to confirm first. The agent finds and proposes, with the evidence, and every alert can be traced back to its source. If you do not want it, switch it off and go back to the old way immediately.
How will we know it pays?
Before we start we agree the baseline with you: monthly operating expenses, the value of dead stock, waste per unit. Then we measure every month how much came down, in baht and in hours. If the numbers have not moved in the first 90 days, we review the approach together before going any further.
Give us 30 minutes with your numbers and we will say which leak to plug first
Free, no commitment. Bring last month's expenses and a rough sales figure, and we will tell you which one in this bundle to start with — and you can start with a small audit on cost alone.
