AI Skills Training

Train the team to work with AI

We train staff at every level to use AI on their own real work — from executives planning it to front-line teams instructing and checking AI. Skills are scored before and after, and a coach follows up until it is actually being used.

Timeline

Usually 6–8 weeks (a 0.5–2 day workshop plus 4 weeks of coaching)

Your time

Learners give the workshop time as scheduled, plus about 1 hour a week during coaching. One coordinator helps gather the sample work and set the dates.

LIVE DEMO

1 · Work arrives

You pay for AI every month and two or three people actually use it. The rest tried once and stopped, because they could not see how it fits their own work.

2 · The AI agent does it

  • A skills assessment before the training
  • Workshops split by role
  • A manual and a prompt library for your company
  • Your company's rules for using AI
  • A checking standard for each kind of work

3 · You just approve

The sample work used in the room has personal data masked first, and we pick tools that match how confidential your data is, in line with PDPA.

Who it is for

Is this service right for you?

A fit if you…

  • Companies that bought AI tools where only a handful of people use them, or use them without confidence
  • Executives who want the whole organisation speaking the same language about AI before investing in a system
  • Teams already running an AI workflow (from Implement & Coach) who want front-line staff to look after it and build on it
  • SMEs with no IT department who want existing staff to use AI instead of hiring more people

Not yet, if…

  • If you do not yet know which jobs should use AI, start with the AI Readiness Audit so the training lands where it pays
  • If you want us to build a system you can use straight away, Implement & Coach fits better and already includes training your team

What it fixes

What this service unlocks

You pay for AI every month and two or three people actually use it. The rest tried once and stopped, because they could not see how it fits their own work.
Staff take the AI answer exactly as it comes — wrong numbers, invented references — and find out only once it has reached a customer. Nobody taught them what to check.
Staff paste customer lists, contracts or ID numbers into a free AI without knowing it breaks PDPA. There is no rule about what may go in and what may not.
There was an AI course once. Everyone was excited for a day, then went back to the old way, because nothing was measured and nobody followed up.

What you get

Real deliverables you can hold

A short test and a piece of real work, to see where each person stands, so the groups and the content fit — no re-teaching what they already know.
Three tracks — executives, supervisors, front-line teams — using your team's real work as the exercises, not canned examples.
Prompts tested on your own work, such as chat replies, quote drafts and meeting summaries, kept in one shared library the team picks from and adds to.
One page stating which data may go into AI and which may not, and which work needs a person to check it before it goes out, following PDPA guidance.
A short checklist per job type — numbers must match the source, customer names must be right — so everyone checks AI's work the same way.
Scores and real working times compared per person, with a coach answering questions and following up every week until it becomes habit.

Sample of the output

An extract from a training plan

Taken from the plan for a 40-person retailer. Every group has a goal that is something they can actually do, and a clear way to measure it.

Executives (3)

What they can do afterPick the work AI should take, set where people approve, read an AI results report

Measured byA one-page company AI plan with every approval point named

Supervisors (6)

What they can do afterSet the team's standard for checking AI's work and write standard prompts for their staff

Measured byA checklist per team, plus at least 5 prompts in the shared library

Chat admins (12)

What they can do afterDraft replies with AI, then check price, stock and customer name before every send

Measured byTime per chat, and % of replies that need fixing after sending

Accounts / documents (5)

What they can do afterHave AI summarise and pre-key documents without putting personal data into a public AI

Measured byTime per document, plus 100% on the PDPA test

The sample above is made up. This one is not.

Who asked for what, what the AI did, and who approved it — reading this is the skill the training builds, not just prompting.

Results to expect

Measured in numbers — not feelings

60–80%

Share of staff using AI on real work

Of those trained, within 4 weeks of the workshop (from the cases we have run; before training it is usually under 20%)

down 30–50%

Time on documents and chat

Measured on the same set of sample work before and after, with quality still meeting the checking standard or better

up 2 levels

Score for checking AI's work

Typically from taking the answer exactly as it comes, to knowing what to check and where, and answering every PDPA question correctly

Guarantees

Safe — you can always back out

The sample work used in the room has personal data masked first, and we pick tools that match how confidential your data is, in line with PDPA.
Every course sets the points where a person has to check and approve before work that touches money or customers goes out. We never teach trusting AI unchecked.
If the scores after the training are no better than at the start, we run extra coaching for that group at no extra charge.

FAQ

Before you decide — ask anything

Our staff are older and not good with computers. Can they learn this?

Yes, because we teach from the work they already do every day, not from technology. Anyone who can type on LINE can start, and the assessment beforehand puts people in a group that moves at the right pace for them.

What does being able to check AI's work actually mean?

Knowing where AI usually goes wrong — numbers, names, dates, references — and having a standard to check against every time, plus knowing which data must never go into a public AI. That skill matters more than writing elegant prompts.

Is on-site any different from online?

The content and the measurement are the same. On-site suits larger groups who want to work through it together and ask questions live; online suits teams across several branches, or small teams. For a team of ten or fewer we usually suggest half a day online, then coaching.

Do we need to have AI tools already?

No. We help pick tools that suit how sensitive your data is and what your budget allows, before the training. If you already have one, we teach on that — and if the data is very sensitive we may suggest a Private LLM alongside it.

Will it fade out like the last training we ran?

That is exactly why there are 4 weeks of coaching and measurement per person. Learners have to use it on real work and report every week, and supervisors see the numbers on who is using it and who is stuck, so they can follow up. It does not end on the training day.

How do we start?

Book a free 30-minute call, no obligation. Tell us which team you want using AI and on what work, and within a week we will propose the tracks, the number of days, and how we will measure it.

Want the team actually using AI, not just having tried it?

A free 30-minute call. Tell us which team does what, and we will say which track to start with, how long it takes, and how it gets measured.
