AI Content Studio

Content, video and social, run with AI

We build the system and your team owns it — AI plans posts from your real sales figures, writes captions, makes images and short clips from your own footage, queues posts on every platform, and handles first-line comment replies. You open one screen and approve, once a week.

Timeline

About 30 days to the first post out of the system

Your time

In the first week the owner or the team gives about 3–4 hours (the brand tone workshop and gathering footage). After that, usually 30–60 minutes a week to approve the plan.

The owner or the team burns hours a week deciding what to post. When things get busy it goes quiet for weeks, and customers forget the brand.

2 · The AI agent does it

  • Brand Voice Profile and an asset library
  • An agent that plans the week from real data
  • Images and short clips from your own material
  • One approval screen
  • Scheduled posting to Facebook / IG / TikTok / LINE

3 · You just approve

Who it is for

Is this service right for you?

A fit if you…

  • Online shops and brands where the owner thinks up every post, so posting is never consistent
  • Businesses with a marketing team of 1–3 people covering Facebook, IG, TikTok and LINE at once
  • Shops that outsource clip editing, wait days per clip, and pay a lot per piece
  • Businesses that cannot keep up with comments and inbox messages, where customers ask and disappear

Not yet, if…

  • If you want an agency to think it all up and post it so you never have to look — this is a system your team owns, and you stay the approver
  • If the real goal is getting the brand into Google or into AI answers rather than making posts, AI Marketing Ops fits better
  • If you have nothing on sale yet and no product photos or footage at all, start by shooting the raw material

What it fixes

What this service unlocks

The owner or the team burns hours a week deciding what to post. When things get busy it goes quiet for weeks, and customers forget the brand.
An outside editor takes 3–5 days per clip and doing it yourself never happens — while the footage and product photos sit there filling up the phone.
One post has to be resized, the caption reworked, then posted in 3–4 places at different times. Repetitive work that sells nothing.
The same questions — price, shipping, what colours — wait hours, so the customer buys elsewhere, and complaints get buried in the pile.

What you get

Real deliverables you can hold

A document setting the brand tone, the words to use and avoid, and the visual style, plus your footage, product photos and logos organised so AI can pick them up.
Every Monday the system pulls sales, stock and promotions and proposes a 7-day plan, where each post says exactly where the idea came from.
Captions, images and 15–30 second clips cut from your real footage and product photos in your brand tone — not stock images that look like everyone else's.
See the whole week on one screen, then approve, edit the text, or ask for a redo post by post. Usually 30–60 minutes a week.
Posts go out when your customers are online, with image sizes and captions adjusted to each platform automatically.
Repeat questions answered from an answer library you approved, leads passed to sales, complaints to a person immediately, plus a summary of reach, leads and the sales you can trace.

Results to expect

Measured in numbers — not feelings

Under 1 hr

Time on content per week

From cases we have run: the owner used to spend about 8 hours a week, now it is an approval round of about 45 minutes

5+ posts/week

Posting consistency

Every platform posts to plan and does not go quiet when the team is busy, up from the usual 1–2 posts a week

Within 5 minutes

Repeat questions in comments

Down from several hours, and leads reach the sales team the moment a customer shows interest

Budget

How we charge — straight up

A one-off setup fee (Brand Voice + agent + approval screen + platform connections) and a monthly fee covering the AI model, image and video generation, and the improvement round — the monthly cost depends on how many posts and clips you run.

Solo / small shop · 1–2 platforms, about 3–5 posts a week

The monthly fee is usually less than paying a freelance editor for a handful of clips a month

SME · 3–4 platforms with short clips every week

All in, about one part-time content employee a month, but you get the plan, the images, the clips and the comment replies

Several brands / several branches

Priced by number of brands and channels, with approval rights split per team. Quoted after a free 30-minute call.

Included in the price

  • Brand Voice Profile and an organised asset library
  • An agent that plans, writes captions, makes images and cuts short clips
  • An approval screen and posting queue your team owns
  • A comment answer library and the rules for handing over to a person
  • A monthly results dashboard, with an improvement round every month
  • Training so the team can use the approval screen and top up the footage themselves

Guarantees

Safe — you can always back out

Every post and clip has to be approved before it is published. There is no unattended posting mode, and the whole queue stops in one click.
Comments that are complaints, drama, or questions outside the answer library alert the person responsible immediately. AI answers only what you approved.
Footage and sales data stay in your own accounts, customer messages in the inbox are not used to train models, and we set the data boundaries in line with PDPA from day one.

FAQ

Before you decide — ask anything

How is this different from hiring a social media agency?

An agency does it for you and you pay for someone to think up posts every month, forever. This is a system your team owns: AI does the heavy work, you approve, and once the team is comfortable they can adjust it without us. The monthly fee is then mostly the model and looking after the system.

Will the images and clips AI makes really look like our brand?

We start from your own footage, product photos and brand tone, not from stock images. In weeks 2–3 there is a private trial round to fix the tone before anything is posted for real, and after that you can still ask for a redo on any piece.

How much footage do we need before we can start?

You can start with about 20–30 product photos and short clips shot on a phone. We show you how to add a few minutes of shooting a week, so the team keeps the library topped up without paying for new shoots.

Could AI answer a comment wrongly and cost us a customer?

AI answers only questions that match the answer library you approved — price, shipping, colours, sizes. Anything else, complaints included, goes to a person immediately, and every reply is logged so you can look back.

Do we have to connect sales data? What if we have no system?

The more sales and stock data there is, the sharper the plan. But with no system you can start from an Excel file, or have the owner name the product of the week on the approval screen, and connect the sales system later.

How do we know it is worth it?

Three numbers every month: the time the team spends, the posts that actually went out, and the leads or sales traceable to posts. If they have not improved within 2–3 months, you can stop — there is no long-term commitment.

Start with a free 30-minute call — where you post, and what wears you out

We look at the page and the footage you already have, then say plainly whether this system suits you and what the first week's plan would look like. No commitment.
