Starter pack · Beauty, fitness & spa
No lost bookings, no lapsed members, and nothing for the owner to write down
A set of four AI agents for salons, nail bars, spas, massage shops, gyms and small to mid-sized yoga studios. It takes bookings for appointments and classes, sends reminders, handles cancellations and the waiting list, looks after members whose packages are running out, writes content and replies to reviews, then reports takings per stylist and per teacher to the owner every evening. Already assembled, live in 2–3 weeks.

A fit if you…
- Shops with 1–3 branches and 2–10 stylists, trainers or teachers, where the owner or the front desk answers LINE, takes the bookings and writes the schedule into a notebook or a sheet by hand
- Customers who book and do not show, or cancel at the last minute and leave a stylist idle for half a day, and packages that expire quietly with nobody getting in touch, so regulars drift away one at a time
- You know you should post and answer reviews regularly but there is no time, and you have never really known which stylist or which class earns the shop the most
A day with this pack running
- 07:30The agent sends today's schedule to the owner and to each stylist on LINE: who is coming at what time and for what, who has not confirmed, and how many places are left in tonight's class
- 10:00A customer asks on LINE to book colour with her usual stylist this Saturday. The agent checks the stylist's diary and how long the service really takes, offers two slots, confirms the booking and sends the notes on how to prepare
- 13:30The two o'clock cancels at short notice. The agent messages the waiting list straight away, fills the slot within 20 minutes, and tells the stylist the schedule has changed
- 15:00The agent messages members with two visits left on a package, and gym members whose membership expires within 7 days, using the wording and the renewal offers the owner approved. Anyone interested goes to staff to close
- 19:00The shop closes. The agent sums up the day: appointments, revenue per stylist and per class, renewals, and two new reviews, with drafted replies and tomorrow's post ready for the owner to approve

What is in the pack
4 AI Agent already assembled
Takes bookings from LINE, Facebook and the phone, checks the diaries of stylists, teachers, rooms and beds and how long each service really takes, confirms the slot, sends reminders a day and two hours ahead, handles reschedules and cancellations, refills the gap from the waiting list immediately, and closes a class once it is full.
Bookings asking for a specific stylist outside their normal hours, services that need hair or skin assessed first, or slots that clash with time a stylist has blocked, go to the front desk to confirm.
Tracks every customer's package and membership, gets in touch when only a few visits are left or the expiry is near, sends a birthday message with the offer the shop set, and invites back anyone away more than 60 days, remembering the stylist and the services each customer likes.
Renewal discounts outside the standard terms, refunds, or transferring a package to someone else always need the owner or the manager to approve.
Drafts the weekly posts from the work photos the stylists send in and from the class schedule, drafts a reply to every review, good and bad, and when it sees a day or a time slot unusually empty, proposes an offer for that window for the owner to choose.
Every post, review reply and promotion is approved by the owner before it goes out. Reviews raising safety or an allergic reaction go straight to a person to answer.
Combines the booking system, the till and the packages into an evening and weekly summary: appointments, revenue and commission per stylist or teacher, class fill rate, renewals, and the hours that keep falling empty, sent to the owner on LINE and read in two minutes.
Commission figures and changes to the stylists' schedule are proposals only. The owner checks and decides before anything is paid out or announced.

Customers renewing packages and memberships
From getting in touch before the expiry with an offer that matches the service the customer actually uses. Usually visible in month 2–3.
2–3 hrs/day
Time back for the owner and the front desk
From no longer answering bookings, writing the diary, adding up takings and drafting posts by hand. That time goes to the customers who are in the shop.
Price and scope
One price, paid once, to install the whole pack, plus a small monthly amount for model costs and system support, together about what a part-time front desk person costs per month. Fixed scope, exactly as described in the pack, with no hidden charges.
Not included
- Building a new till (POS) or membership system, and migrating all your customer data out of the old one
- Photography, video editing and running ads (the pack drafts posts and replies from the material the shop already has)
- A full voice agent answering the phone, and connecting to third-party booking apps with no API
Where you go when you grow
Once you have more than 3 branches, several brands, or want to take marketing seriously, move to the Design and Implement services built around your shop, or add the customer service and sales solution bundles without starting over.
Safety in this business
- The AI does not advise on skin or hair treatments or on injuries from exercise, and does not judge which service suits a customer. Questions about allergies, sensitive skin, pregnancy or medical conditions always go to the stylist or teacher responsible.
- Customer records, service history and before-and-after photos are held under PDPA, with consent taken before they are stored and before a photo is used in content, a defined retention period and deletion method, and a log of who accessed what and when.
- Customer data is not sent out to train external models. The model sees only what the task needs, and a model that runs inside Thailand can be used when the shop wants that.
FAQ for Beauty, fitness & spa
Can customers book with the same stylist, and does the AI know how long each service takes?
Yes. The system remembers the stylist and the services each customer normally has, and the diary holds the real duration of every service by stylist, for example colour with this stylist takes three hours. We set that up with the stylists in the first week, and the front desk can change it later.
What can the shop do when someone cancels at the last minute or does not show up?
The system refills the gap from the waiting list immediately, in the order the shop sets, and enforces your cancellation rules, such as a deposit or a minimum notice in hours. Keeping a deposit, or waiving the rule for a regular, is always the owner's decision.
Will the AI post or reply to reviews without the shop knowing?
No. Every post, review reply and promotion is a draft waiting for the owner to approve on one screen. Reviews mentioning an allergic reaction, an injury or safety go straight to a person, with no draft written.
We already use a booking app or a membership system. Do we have to change?
No. We connect to what you have if it has an API or can export data. If the old system cannot connect at all, the pack's own booking diary and package register run alongside it, and the staff still see everything in one place.
How do we start, and what do we need to prepare?
Start with a free 30-minute call, no obligation, to see whether this pack fits your shop. After that, have the stylist or class schedule, the service and price list, the package terms, and one to two months of past chats ready. We handle the rest within 2–3 weeks.
