FAQ about this bundle

Do we have to buy new cameras or equipment?

For several of these, no — Field Job Agent, Count from Photo and SOP Assistant run on the phones the team already carries. Visual QC and Site Safety Watch need a camera at that point, which many factories already have. We assess whether what you have is good enough before asking you to buy anything.

Cameras capturing staff — does that breach PDPA?

Images of staff at work are personal data ⇒ you have to state the purpose, put up clear signage, define who can access it and set a deletion cycle. We design all of that in from the start, and faces can be blurred at the source. Our position is that this is for safety and quality, not for individual performance reviews — work meant to catch people out we do not take.

Is AI really more accurate than a person?

Not at everything. But it is **more consistent** — the standard at the end of the day is the same as at the start ⇒ it works best on defects that are visible and recur the same way. Defects that need experience to judge still need a person, which is why we design it to pull pieces out for a second human look rather than decide instead of you.

We are a small factory with one line. Can we do this?

Yes, and you should always start at the single most painful point, small factory or large. Fitting the whole plant at once is a risk you do not need, and it usually makes the floor team push back.
