AI does the paperwork and the chasing; the professional reviews and signs
Four AI agents for firms carrying a lot of clients. The repetitive part is taking in documents, keying data, drafting the same letters again, and chasing deadlines — this pack does that part. Professional judgement and the signature stay with the accountants and lawyers in the firm, in every case.

To the customer
A person approves before it ever reaches the customer· drag to rotate
A fit if you…
- Accounting firms, law firms or consultancies of 3–30 people looking after 20 clients or more
- Firms where the work is stuck on keying receipts, waiting for client documents and redrafting the same letters and contracts, so the professionals never get to the work that needs their knowledge
- Firms that do not want to pay for an audit or design a system first — they want a ready-made set, live in 2–3 weeks, with scope and budget under control
A day with this pack running
- 07:00The chasing agent gives the team lead the week's deadlines: tax filings due, client work due, and today's meetings, each with the person responsible next to it
- 09:00Clients send photos of receipts and documents into LINE OA · the intake agent reads them, files them by category and posts them as draft entries in the accounting software. Anything it is unsure about is flagged for an accountant
- 11:00A lawyer asks for a demand letter and a first-draft contract from the firm's own templates · the drafting agent fills in the client details, the lawyer edits on the review screen and signs it personally
- 14:00A new employee asks the system what terms this client agreed to · the Q&A agent answers with a page reference, and only sees the client files the person asking is allowed to see
- 17:00The system messages clients whose documents are still missing and confirms tomorrow's meetings itself. Before going home the accountant sees everything waiting for review on one approval screen, instead of scrolling through chats one by one
The output you get
Drafted from the real documents with the source file cited · the auditor or lawyer approves

What is in the pack
4 AI Agent already assembled
Takes in receipt photos, tax invoices and documents from LINE or email, reads the tax ID, the VAT amount and the account category, then posts them as draft entries in the firm's accounting software, filed by client automatically.
Anything the system is unsure about is flagged for an accountant to check before it is posted, and every entry traces back to the document it came from.
Drafts letters, first-cut contracts and periodic reports from the firm's own templates, filling in client details and figures from the system. Every one comes out as a draft with the points that need a closer look marked.
An accountant or lawyer reviews, edits and signs every document. The system never sends anything to a client without a person approving it.
Keeps the tax calendar, each client's due dates and the meeting diary in one place, warns the person responsible ahead of time, messages clients about missing documents, and confirms meetings itself.
Client messages use wording the firm approved. Special cases — a client who keeps postponing, or a deadline that is very close — go to the team lead to decide.
The team can ask about client terms, the firm's own practice, or documents in a file, in plain language. The system answers with a page reference, and only sees the files the person asking has rights to.
Answers are reference information, not professional opinion. Every question is logged for the firm's principal to review later.

Price and scope
One price, paid once to set up the whole pack, plus a small monthly fee for model usage and support — together about what a part-time employee costs per month. The scope is fixed to the list above, so we can give you a firm number from the first conversation.
Not included
- Licence fees for accounting software, LINE OA or any other system the firm already uses
- Connecting systems outside the list, such as a client's ERP or a court system
- Running the model on the firm's own servers (see the Private LLM service if you need that)
- Accounting or legal opinion and the certification of any document — that is the work of the professionals in the firm
Where you go when you grow
Past about 100 clients, or once you have several offices, move up to the “Finance and accounting” solution bundle, or have keelz design a workflow for your firm through the Design and Implement services. What is set up in the pack carries over — you do not start again.
Safety in this business
- keelz is not an accountant or a lawyer. Every entry, every document and every message to a client is a draft that a professional in the firm reviews and signs before it is used. The system sends nothing out without a person approving it.
- Client data is kept in separate files with per-client permissions, so users see only what they have rights to. Nothing is used to train models, and every read and every draft is logged, to support client confidentiality and PDPA.
- If the firm needs data never to leave its own server, this pack extends into a Private LLM setup using the same review screen and the same permissions.
FAQ for Accounting, legal & consulting
Will AI give accounting or legal opinion in place of the professional?
No. The AI in this pack does the preparation: taking in documents, posting draft entries, drafting from templates and warning about deadlines. Professional opinion and the signature always belong to the accountants and lawyers in the firm.
What happens if it misreads a receipt and posts the wrong entry?
Every entry gets a confidence score, and anything below the threshold is flagged for an accountant before it is posted — and each entry traces back to the document it came from. For the first two weeks we set the threshold high so people see more entries than usual, then relax it as the real accuracy shows.
Client data is confidential. How can we be sure it is safe?
Client files are separated with per-person permissions, so a user can only ask about the files they have rights to. Data is not used to train models, and every access is logged. If you need it never to leave your server at all, this extends into a Private LLM setup.
Will it work with the accounting software we already use?
It works with common accounting software that has an API or supports file import. If yours supports neither, we tell you at the first conversation and put options in front of you before any price is agreed.
We are a small firm of 3. Is it worth it?
It is worth it from around 20 clients up, because keying and chasing documents starts to eat visibly into the professionals' time. Below that we will say so plainly and suggest starting with a single agent — which we can work out on the free 30-minute call.
