AI Offers & Ads

Listen to customers, build the offer, then write the ads — all off real numbers

We build the system and your team owns it — AI reads your surveys and reviews and groups what people actually said, works out how far you can discount and still make money, then drafts ad copy per audience. Nothing spends budget and no price changes until one of your people approves it.

Your time

About 3 hours in the first two weeks (going over the findings and setting the rules with us). After that, usually 1–2 hours a month on the approval round.

LIVE DEMO

1 · Work arrives

Hundreds of open-text answers sit in a spreadsheet. Someone skims the first thirty, quotes the two that stuck, and the rest is never opened again.

2 · The AI agent does it

  • Surveys and reviews read to the end, grouped with real quotes
  • Offers costed against your real margin
  • Ad copy per audience, with the reason attached

Who it is for

Is this service right for you?

A fit if you…

  • Businesses running ads every month where the copy cycles through the same two or three angles until people scroll past
  • Shops that discount because a competitor did, without knowing what margin is left afterwards
  • Marketing teams of 1–3 people who have to write the ads, build the promotion and read the feedback all at once
  • Businesses sitting on survey answers and reviews nobody has had time to read to the end

Not yet, if…

  • If you want an agency to hold your ad account and press the buttons for you — here your own people always press it
  • If you have no per-item cost figures at all, start by working those out; a promotion calculated on nothing has nothing under it
  • If the job is daily organic posting rather than paid ads, AI Content Studio fits better

What it fixes

What this service unlocks

Hundreds of open-text answers sit in a spreadsheet. Someone skims the first thirty, quotes the two that stuck, and the rest is never opened again.
Twenty percent off because the shop across the road did it. Nobody works out that at that price you have to sell half as much again just to stand still.
Writing a version per audience never happens, so one message goes to first-time buyers, regulars and lapsed customers alike — and speaks to none of them.
The angle that worked last quarter lives in someone's head. When they are away, the team writes the same weak version again.

What you get

Real deliverables you can hold

Every open-text answer sorted into themes with a count against each, and real customer sentences attached — so a finding is never just an opinion. Every theme opens back to the answers behind it.
Discount this far and the profit per item is this; you would need to sell this much more to stand still. Several offer shapes side by side, each with the number under it.
Three to five angles for each audience, each saying which survey finding or sales figure it came from — not copy invented out of nothing.
Ads and offers wait on one screen. Approve, edit or send back item by item. No budget is spent and no price changes until a person has pressed it.
Discount ceilings, words that must never appear, claims your industry does not allow. Anything that breaks a rule is stopped at the draft, not caught after it went out.
Every angle and every offer carries its own result, so the next round starts from what actually worked instead of from memory.

Results to expect

Measured in numbers — not feelings

About 18 hrs/month

Time returned to the team

From the projects we have run: writing ads and building promotion sheets by hand took about 20 hours a month; the approval round takes about 2

4–6 a month

Ad angles actually tested

Up from the usual 1–2, because writing a version per audience no longer has to fit in someone's week

Every one

Offers with the margin known before they run

Each offer carries the profit left after the discount before anyone approves it — none go out unpriced

Budget

How we charge — straight up

A one-off setup fee (reading the feedback, connecting the cost data, building the offer calculator and the approval screen) and a monthly fee covering the AI model and the improvement round — the monthly cost depends on how many audiences and offers you run.

Solo / small shop · one channel, a few offers a month

The monthly fee is usually less than one badly-priced promotion costs you in lost margin

SME · several audiences, ads running continuously

All in, about what one part-time marketer costs a month, but you get the feedback read, the offers costed and the copy written

Several brands or branches with different prices

Priced by number of brands and price lists, with approval rights split per team. Quoted after a free 30-minute call.

Included in the price

  • A grouped read of your surveys and reviews, with the real quotes attached
  • An offer calculator connected to your own cost and margin data
  • Ad copy per audience, each angle carrying its reason
  • An approval screen your team owns, sitting before any spend
  • Written rules — discount ceilings and claims that are never allowed
  • A results library and a monthly review round

Guarantees

Safe — you can always back out

Ads sit in the approval queue until one of your people presses it. There is no unattended spending mode, and the whole queue stops in one click.
You set the floor price and the maximum discount before anything runs. An offer that would break either is stopped at the draft — the AI cannot decide to go further.
Wording your industry does not permit, and overstated claims, are caught before the piece reaches the approval screen — not after a regulator sees it.

FAQ

Before you decide — ask anything

Does the AI spend our ad budget by itself?

No. It drafts. Every piece waits on the approval screen, and one of your people presses the button. Anything touching money or price is a line we do not let AI cross on its own, and that is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are working around.

We have never run a survey. Can we still start?

Yes. Reviews, chat messages and what your front-line staff already hear are enough to start grouping. If you want proper survey data later, we help you write a short set of questions worth asking.

How do you know our real cost per item?

We connect the source you already keep it in — POS, accounting software, or a spreadsheet. If costs are only in someone's head, the honest answer is to write them down first; an offer calculated on a guess is a guess with a number on it.

Will the ad copy sound like us or like AI?

It starts from your own words — your reviews, your past ads, the way your staff talk to customers. Week 3 is a private round where you send pieces back until the tone fits, before anything is spent.

Is this the same as AI Content Studio?

No. Content Studio is your everyday organic posting — plan, captions, clips, comments. This is the paid and priced side: what to offer, at what margin, and what to say to whom when money is behind it. Many customers run both, and the two share the same approval screen.

How do we know it is worth it?

Three numbers each month: hours the team spent, how many angles and offers actually got tested, and the return per piece. If they have not improved within 2–3 months, you can stop — there is no long-term commitment.
