Implement & Coach

Build it, then hand it over

We build the real workflow from the blueprint, connect it to the systems you already run, measure the results in numbers every month, and coach your team until they can look after it and widen it themselves — not a plan on a slide.

Timeline

The first workflow is in real use within 30 days (jobs that reach ERP or several systems usually take 6–8 weeks), then ongoing monthly care

Your time

One or two people who actually use it, about 2–3 hours a week while we build and test, plus one person with the authority to grant access and agree the rules. Training takes half a day to a day.

LIVE DEMO

1 · Work arrives

You paid a consultant and got a deck. Half a year later the work is unchanged, because no one built it or connected it to anything.

2 · The AI agent does it

  • A workflow in real use
  • Connected to the systems you already run
  • A review screen for people
  • Coaching so the team can read and check AI's work
  • A monthly results report

3 · You just approve

Nothing that touches money or customers leaves the system without a person, and AI is given more to do on its own one step at a time, only as the numbers prove it.

Who it is for

Is this service right for you?

A fit if you…

  • Businesses that already have a blueprint or a workflow plan (from our Design service or your own) and nobody to turn it into something usable
  • Teams whose separate AI tools went nowhere, because they were never connected to LINE OA, Sheets, ERP, CRM or the accounting software in use
  • Owners and managers with no IT team in-house who do not want to be tied to a contractor forever
  • Organisations that want the system live and measured before deciding on the next workflow

Not yet, if…

  • Not sure which job to start with — the AI Readiness Audit first will be better value
  • You have a job in mind but no design of what AI does and where people check — start with Agentic Workflow Design
  • You only want staff trained to use AI in their daily work, with no system built — see AI Skills Training

What it fixes

What this service unlocks

You paid a consultant and got a deck. Half a year later the work is unchanged, because no one built it or connected it to anything.
The team copies out of the AI chat and pastes into the ERP or Sheets, then back again. That adds work instead of removing it.
Nobody will let AI answer customers or post to the accounts, because no one knows where it might be wrong or how to back out.
The contractor disappears and nothing can be changed, because nobody inside the company understands how it works.

What you get

Real deliverables you can hold

Built to the blueprint: it takes work in, does it, passes it on, and stops for approval at the points where a person has to decide.
LINE OA, Google Sheets, ERP/CRM, email and your accounting software. The team does not have to move to anything new.
Wherever a person has to look, they see a clear list of what AI did and how confident it was, and can approve, edit or send it back in one click.
Trained on the team's own work: which output can be trusted, which has to be checked, and how to change the rules themselves.
Hours, cost, turnaround and error rate against the numbers before you started, every month, so you can see whether it is paying.
System map, list of integrations, how to change the rules, how to switch back to the old way, and where to ask for help.

Steps

How it runs step by step

The first workflow is in real use within 30 days (jobs that reach ERP or several systems usually take 6–8 weeks), then ongoing monthly care in total

Step 1 / 5 · Set the ground and prepare the connections

Week 1

  1. 1Week 1

Set the ground and prepare the connections

Review the blueprint with the people who will use it, agree what data may go into AI under PDPA, get access to the systems we connect, and record the baseline numbers before we start.

  2. 2Weeks 2–3

    Build and connect

  3. 3Weeks 3–4

    Go live in stages

  4. 4Weeks 4–5

Coach the team and hand over

  5. 5Every month after handover

    Ongoing care and measurement

Sample of the output

An extract from a monthly results report

Every month you get a table like this, comparing real numbers with the ones before you started. This one is from cases we have run; your numbers will differ with your volumes.

This month412 POs · 38 checked by a person

Against the baseline0 keying errors, was ~15 a month

Reading customer bills into the accounts

This month1,860 bills · 9% sent back for review

Budget

How we charge — straight up

Priced as a project per workflow (build, connect, go live, train, hand over), with a separate monthly care package you can choose to take. Cancel any month.

Solo / small shop (1–5 people)

A single workflow on LINE OA or Sheets, usually about one part-time employee a month, with a small monthly fee for ongoing care

SME (5–50 people)

One workflow across 2–3 systems (LINE plus accounting, say), close to one or two months of a full-time salary per workflow

Mid-sized company (50–300 people)

Several workflows into ERP/CRM, with extra access and testing, priced by the quarter, with a care package that includes a named person

Enterprise / listed (300+ people)

A roadmap of several workflows across departments, with governance and an audit trail, quoted per project after an audit

Included in the price

  • Building the workflow and the integrations from the blueprint, tested on real data
  • A staged go-live (shadow mode → every item checked → approval only where it matters)
  • Training for the people who use it and the people who check it, with a manual and short videos for new joiners
  • Handover documents, a system map, and how to switch back to the old way
  • The first results report, and monthly reports after that under the care package

Guarantees

Safe — you can always back out

Nothing that touches money or customers leaves the system without a person, and AI is given more to do on its own one step at a time, only as the numbers prove it.
Before we connect anything we agree together which data may go into AI. Personal data is masked or processed where you choose, in line with PDPA.
Every workflow has a switch back to the old way. The system and the documents are yours, and your team can change the rules without waiting for us.

FAQ

Before you decide — ask anything

We have no blueprint or workflow design. Can we just hire you to build it?

Yes, if the job is already clear — we do a short design in the first week of the project. If you are not sure which job to start with, take the free 30-minute call first and we will say straight out whether you need an audit, a design, or can start building.

Our systems are old and have no API. Can you still connect them?

Usually, yes. We connect through whatever that system does have: file exports, the database, email, or Sheets in the middle. In the first call we look at what you run and tell you how it can be connected and how much time that adds.

If AI gets something wrong in live use, who is responsible?

That is why we go live in stages. At first AI works alongside people with nothing going out, then people check every item until the numbers settle. Anything touching money or customers always has a human approval, and every item can be traced back to what AI did and which data it used.

We have nobody technical. Can the team really look after it?

Yes, because what the team looks after is the rules and the reviewing, not code. We coach on the real work until they can change the rules in front of us. Technical work, such as an underlying system changing version, sits in the optional monthly care package.

Do we have to pay monthly after handover?

No. The system is yours and keeps running on its own. The monthly care package is for people who want the results reports, the tuning, and someone to answer when something goes wrong. Cancel any month.

How do you measure whether it is worth it?

Before we start we record the baseline — hours spent, jobs done wrong, turnaround — then every month compare it with the real numbers from the system, not with how it feels. If the numbers do not justify it, we say so and help you decide whether to adjust or stop.
