An AI agent set for showrooms and workshops — booking, service reminders and repair quotes handled for you

Showrooms, used-car lots and workshops hurt in the same places every day. Chats asking for prices and appointments never stop, past customers drift away because nobody reminds them to come in for service, repair quotes take so long that the customer goes elsewhere, and nobody can say what today's stock and workshop queue actually look like. This pack is four AI agents already assembled, with fixed scope and a fixed price, live in 2–3 weeks.

A fit if you…

  • Showrooms or used-car lots with 1–3 branches, teams of 5–40 people, and 10–200 cars in stock
  • Workshops, service centres, tyre and parts shops taking 10–80 cars a day, with the queue still in a notebook or a sheet
  • No IT team, running on LINE OA plus a sheet or the workshop software you already have, and not wanting to pay for an audit or a custom system design

A day with this pack running

  1. 07:30The daily report agent summarises today's workshop queue, cars held more than 3 days, parts on back order, and which stock has sold and which has sat over 60 days, and sends it to the owner before the shop opens
  2. 09:00A customer asks on LINE whether a model is still available and what the instalments are. The AI answers from real stock and the finance table you set, then offers test-drive dates. The salesperson is notified with the customer's details already gathered
  3. 10:30A customer sends a photo of a dented bumper. The agent prices it and drafts a repair and parts quote from the photo and the shop's own price list. A technician or the owner checks and adjusts it, and it goes back within minutes
  4. 13:00The service reminder agent messages customers due at 10,000 km or coming up on six months, with a button to pick a workshop date. Customers whose insurance or road tax expires within 30 days get a separate set of messages
  5. 16:00A lead that test-drove three days ago has gone quiet. The lead follow-up agent sends a polite nudge and tells the salesperson who to call first. Anyone asking to haggle or for a freebie is passed to the manager to decide
  6. 18:30Closing time. The daily report agent sums up repair intake, quotes closed, new leads and tomorrow's queue for the owner to read on their phone

What is in the pack

4 AI Agent already assembled

Answers questions about available models, prices, instalment tables, service charges and opening hours from the shop's real data, then books a test drive or a workshop slot straight into the schedule, with a confirmation message and a reminder before the day.

Discounts, freebies, trade-ins and individual finance questions are always passed to a salesperson or the manager to answer.

Remembers each customer's vehicle history, latest mileage, and when insurance or road tax expires, then sends a reminder on the cycle you set, with the option to pick a workshop date or ask for an insurance quote in the same message.

Reminders use the templates the owner approved, and when a customer replies asking about insurance, a member of staff takes over to propose the plan and close the sale.

Takes a photo of the damage, a chassis number or a list the customer typed, matches it against the shop's labour rates and parts prices, then drafts a full quote as a PDF for review within minutes.

A technician or the owner checks, adjusts and sends every single quote. The system never sends a quote to a customer on its own, and anything that needs the car in front of you is clearly marked as a preliminary estimate.

Follows up leads that test-drove or asked for a price and then went quiet, at 1 / 3 / 7 days, and every morning and evening summarises stock, cars sitting too long, the workshop queue, cars still in for repair and parts on back order, as a short report the owner reads on their phone.

Salespeople choose who to call and what to offer. Discounting a car that has sat too long, or turning work away because the queue is full, is the owner's decision.

Chats a person has to answer

Questions about models, prices, instalments and bookings are answered from real data, leaving only haggling and finance for the salespeople. Usually visible from the first week.

10 minutes

Time to issue a repair quote

It used to mean waiting half a day to a day for a free technician; now it is checking a draft the system has made. From the shops we have done that quote out of chat. Customers decide faster because they get a price straight away.

+20 to +30%

Past customers returning for service

Because every vehicle is reminded on schedule with nothing slipping through, and insurance or road tax can be renewed in the same message. Usually clear within the first 3 months.

Price and scope

One price for the whole pack, paid once at setup, plus a small monthly amount for model costs and support, together about what one part-time employee costs per month. The real figure depends on chats per day, the number of branches and the systems to connect, and we tell you exactly after a free 30-minute call.

Not included

  • Connecting to a manufacturer's DMS or to workshop software that has no way to export data
  • LINE OA package fees and the message overage charges billed by the provider
  • Assessing damage for an insurance claim on the insurer's behalf, or guaranteeing that a price estimated from a photo is correct
  • Selling insurance or finance through the AI, and connecting to insurer or finance company systems
  • More than 3 branches with separate stock and separate queues

Where you go when you grow

When you have several branches, want to connect a DMS, or want the AI to help with parts purchasing and technician planning, move to the Design and Implement services to build your own workflow, or extend with the Sell and Care solution bundles. Everything built in the pack carries over.

Safety in this business

  • Names, phone numbers, registration plates, chassis numbers and copies of ID cards or registration books are personal data under PDPA. The system uses them only as far as it needs to for bookings and paperwork, does not send them to public models that keep records, and does not hold document photos longer than the agreed period.
  • A price the AI estimates from a photo is always preliminary. Every quote is checked and sent by a technician or the owner. Discounts, freebies and trade-ins need a person's approval, and there is a record of who approved what and when.
  • Service reminders and lead follow-ups use the polite templates you approved, never repeat more often than the set cycle, and customers can stop receiving them at any time.

FAQ for Automotive & service centres

We are only a workshop or a tyre shop, we do not sell cars. Can we still use this pack?

Yes. The pack adapts to the type of shop. Workshops and tyre shops mainly use the booking, service reminder and quoting agents, while the lead follow-up agent switches to customers who asked for a price but have not come in yet. The price of the pack is the same.

How accurate is an AI repair quote from a photo, and who is responsible if it is wrong?

The system drafts from the photo and your own price list, and states clearly that it is a preliminary estimate until someone sees the car. Every quote is checked by a technician or the owner before it goes out. From the cases we have done, once the price list is tuned during the trial week, the drafts come close to what the technicians would charge on most ordinary jobs. Complex jobs are still the technician's call.

Customer data lives in a notebook and on the salespeople's personal LINE. Where do we start?

In the first week we help move the names and vehicle histories into a central sheet the system can read, and set every new customer to come in through the shop's LINE OA. For old records, a registration plate and a phone number is enough to start with; the system fills in the history when the customer next comes in.

How is this pack different from the Audit and Design services?

The pack is a ready-made set with fixed scope and fixed price, for shops whose problems match these four things exactly. If you have several branches, use a manufacturer's DMS, or want the AI to help plan technicians and purchase parts, the Design and Implement services fit better, and we can talk it through on the free 30-minute call.

Our technicians and salespeople are not comfortable with technology. Will they cope?

The way they work barely changes. Technicians see only the quotes they have to check, on one screen. Salespeople get a LINE message telling them who to call first. We run one training session and give the team a short guide.
