Solutions · People and knowledge
Let AI handle the daily HR work, so your team has time for the people
Hiring, onboarding, HR questions, and keeping knowledge from walking out the door — hiring, letting people go and pay are always decisions people make
Everyone's knowledge kept in one central library, not tied to any single person
One employee's journey
From the day they apply to their last day — an agent at every step
Tap a stage, or let it run on its own — each one shows what the agent does and where a person decides.
Applications from every channel, in one list
They used to sit scattered across email, job boards and LINE, arriving faster than HR could open them.
What the agent does
- Pulls every channel into one list each morning
- Sums up each applicant's strengths and open questions in 3 lines
- Acknowledges every applicant the same day
Where a person decides
HR sets the criteria, and can change them at any time
What it actually looks like
An employee asks on LINE at 10pm — the answer cites the policy
Employee · production
How many days of annual leave do I have left, and can I still ask for this Friday off?HR Helpdesk Agent
6 days of annual leave left · the policy asks for 3 working days' notice, so this Friday is still in time.Source: leave policy, revised edition · part 4, clause 4.2Employee · production
Can you file it for me?HR Helpdesk Agent
The leave form is filled in and queued for your manager to approve. You will hear back the moment they do.Questions the documents do not answer yet
- How much dental cover per year? (asked 14 times)
- How to request a branch transfer (asked 9 times)
- How is overtime on public holidays calculated? (asked 7 times)
The system does not guess an answer — it hands this list to HR so the documents get filled in exactly where they are thin

Someone leaves — where does the knowledge go?
People can walk out, the knowledge has to stay
Switch between the two: knowledge tied to one person, and knowledge kept in the company's central library.
The knowledge sits in a few people's heads
You find out when the resignation letter lands on the desk: plenty of jobs only one person knew how to do.
- Two weeks is not enough to hand over; what is left is files nobody can explain
- Whoever takes over asks around person by person, and needs weeks more before they can do it alone
- The warnings nobody ever wrote down leave with them
A central library does not mean moving every file in the company — it connects to the document stores you already have, and access follows each person's department and role.
> 90%
Handovers complete before the last day
Typically against the old way of handing over, which usually got about half done, with the successor working independently 2–3 weeks sooner.
70–85%
Questions answered on the spot
Typically after the first month, with the average time staff spend hunting for an answer down from hours to a few minutes.
60–75%
HR questions closed without HR
Typically of all questions asked, giving HR back roughly 1–2 working days a week per 100 staff.

Connects to the HR and payroll systems you already run, through their API or the files they export — no need to change systems
Who this is for
Built for companies where a small team covers the whole cycle
Companies of 30–500 people where 1–3 HR staff cover everything from recruiting to the last day
Businesses opening branches or hiring steadily, where training cannot keep up and new staff repeat the same mistakes
Organisations where the knowledge that matters sits with a handful of senior people, and could walk out with them
Where we stand on people
The aim is to move the time of HR and managers onto the work that needs a person — looking after people, talking with the team, sorting out individual cases. This is not a tool for cutting headcount, and the agents grade no one and decide nothing about pay.
Which one we usually start with
Most start with the Knowledge Agent: it runs on documents you already have, shows results in 2–3 weeks, and gives Onboarding and HR Helpdesk something to build on straight away. If you are hiring in volume right now, start with the Recruiting Agent instead.

Common questions
What HR asks us most
Will the AI decide who we hire, who we let go, or who gets a raise?
No. Hiring, letting people go and pay are always human decisions. The agent gathers information, scores against criteria you set yourself, and prepares drafts. Anything that affects a person has a confirm button, pressed by HR or a manager, first.
Staff records are personal data. How do you handle PDPA?
We design to PDPA from day one: which data may go to the AI, which must never leave the company, no sensitive data used in candidate scoring, and a Private LLM available when you want everything to stay inside your own systems — with a record of who accessed what and when.
Our manuals are incomplete and half the SOPs live in people's heads. Can we still start the Knowledge Agent?
Yes, and it is the most common case we see. We start with the documents you have, let staff ask, and the system tells you which questions come up often but have no answer yet. HR fills them in one at a time — typically within 2 months the base covers most questions.
We already run an HR or payroll system. Do we have to change it?
No. The agent connects to your existing system through its API or the files it exports. If it cannot be connected at all, we use Sheets in between for now and move later. Everything can be switched back to the old way immediately if you want.
We are small, with one HR person. Is it worth it, and where should we start?
It is worth it especially when one person has to do everything. We suggest starting with just the HR Helpdesk or the Knowledge Agent. The cost is typically comparable to one part-time assistant a month; measure it over 30 days, then decide whether to expand. Start with a free 30-minute call.
