Starter pack · Agriculture, farming & food processing

Take orders, plan delivery rounds, know cost per plot, never miss a certificate renewal

This pack assembles four AI agents for farms, orchards, produce collectors and small processors that sell to regular buyers through LINE groups, keep their costs in a notebook, and learn the market price only after the sale. It all runs on the LINE and the sheets you already have. Fixed scope, live in 2–3 weeks.

A fit if you…

  • Farms or orchards of 3–30 people delivering to shops, markets or 10–100 regular buyers through LINE groups and phone calls, where the owner still collates the orders and plans the trucks every morning
  • Produce collectors or small processors taking goods from several plots or production runs, who want cost and profit per plot or per run, and are still writing it in a notebook or Excel
  • Holders of GAP, Thai FDA or buyer standard certificates that have to be renewed with supporting paperwork, with nobody tracking the dates — you have already come close to lapsing, or to not being able to ship

A day with this pack running

  1. 05:30The price alert agent sends today's market prices for the three crops the farm has, against last week, with the afternoon rain forecast, and a note that plot 4 is due for harvest tomorrow
  2. 06:45Twelve regular shops send orders into the LINE group, some typed and some as voice notes. The agent merges them into one list, splits the delivery into two truck runs, and sends the summary for the owner to confirm before the trucks leave
  3. 09:20A field supervisor photographs a fertiliser bill and says into LINE, “plot 2, six people, half a day.” The agent logs the cost to the per-plot sheet with the original attached
  4. 13:00The truck reaches the shop and the driver photographs the receiving slip. The agent matches it to the order, closes what was delivered in full, and drafts a message to the one shop that got a short delivery, ready for the owner to send
  5. 19:00The agent closes the day: sales by customer, yield per plot, cost so far on this run, and a reminder that the GAP certificate expires in 45 days, with the documents to prepare

What is in the pack

4 AI Agent already assembled

Reads orders from customer and shop LINE groups — text, voice notes and photos — and merges them into one daily order list with the quantity and the price agreed with each buyer, then plans the delivery rounds by route and truck capacity and sends the summary to the owner and the drivers.

The owner confirms the merged list and the delivery rounds before the trucks leave, and decides who gets served first when there is not enough to go around.

Takes photos of bills for fertiliser, chemicals, seed and labour, plus voice notes from the field, and logs them as costs against a plot or a production run in the sheet, along with the yield harvested. You see cost per kilo and profit per plot without anyone keying it in.

Anything unreadable, out of the ordinary, or that cannot be matched to a plot is bounced back for a person to confirm — the system does not guess — and every row keeps the original photo or voice note attached.

Every morning it pulls market prices for the crops you have from the public price sources you agreed on, the local weather forecast and each plot's production calendar, then sends a short summary with suggestions: prices are rising, sell in batches; rain is coming, harvest first.

The suggestions are input, not decisions. The owner decides when to sell, at what price and to whom, and the agent never agrees a price with a buyer.

Keeps GAP, Thai FDA and buyer standard certificates in one place with expiry dates and the documents each one needs, warns you 90, 60 and 30 days ahead, drafts the forms and input-usage records from the cost data already logged, and sends copies to buyers who ask.

The owner checks and signs every document before it is filed. The system prepares and reminds only, it does not file on your behalf.

All included

What is in the box

  • Cost and yield sheet templates split by plot or run, plus a production calendar tuned to the crops or livestock on your farm
  • A four-number dashboard: sales by customer, cost per kilo by plot, orders delivered complete and on time, and days left on each certificate
  • PDPA paperwork and a data flow map showing where customer data, prices and certificates live, and who can see them
  • One training session for the owner, the field supervisors and the drivers, with a short guide for the cases the system bounces back

Time to collate orders and plan trucks

From the cases we have done. Most regular customers' orders merge themselves, leaving the owner one list to confirm before the trucks leave.

Every plot, every run

Cost per kilo and profit known

It used to be a rough total at the end of the season. Now you see which plots make money and which lose it while the run is still going, in time to change the next one.

90-day warning

Before a certificate expires

Supporting documents are usually ready to file 30 days before expiry, because the input-usage records were captured through the year anyway.

Price and scope

One price, paid once, for the fixed scope in this pack, plus a small monthly fee covering AI model costs, monitoring and minor rule changes. The total per month usually works out at about what a part-time admin costs. The real figure depends on how many customers, how many plots or runs, and which certificates, and we tell you exactly after a free 30-minute call.

Not included

  • Field sensors, automated irrigation or any IoT hardware (this pack works from photos, voice notes and text only)
  • Price forecasts months ahead, or advice on what to plant next season (the system summarises current prices and short-term trends)
  • A storefront or an online marketplace selling to consumers (this pack is for regular buyers and shops that reorder)
  • Applying for certificates on your behalf or dealing with the authorities for you (the system prepares the documents and reminds you; the owner files them)
  • Full accounting, tax and financial statements (those are in the finance bundle)

Where you go when you grow

Once orders and costs are flowing reliably, most farms go one of two ways: the operations and back-office bundle, so other paperwork such as delivery notes, supplier bills and daily wages enters the same way; or the cost-reduction bundle, to track over-applied fertiliser and chemicals, post-harvest losses and plots that lose money. If you have several farms or plants, or need to connect to a large buyer's system, use the Design and Implement services for a custom build.

Safety in this business

  • Your customer list, the prices you agreed and the farm's costs are commercially sensitive. They stay in the farm's own sheets or systems, the agent reads only the records it needs for each task, and there is a log of who or what accessed them and when.
  • Messages in your customers' LINE groups are used only to merge orders. Nothing from one shop is shown to another, customer contacts are handled under PDPA, and the notice explaining what the data is used for is ready to hand out.
  • Anything that touches money or an agreement — confirming an order, reporting a short delivery, agreeing a price, filing a certificate — always goes through a person, and you can trace back which message or photo the agent worked from.

FAQ for Agriculture, farming & food processing

Customers order in the LINE group in a few words, or send a voice note. Does the system really understand that?

Yes. The agent reads for meaning and learns each customer's own product names from past orders during the first week. Anything it is not sure about goes to the owner rather than being guessed, and every daily merged list keeps the original messages attached so you can check back.

Nobody on the farm is good with computers and the field supervisor writes on paper. Can we still use it?

Yes, because everything happens in LINE, which everyone already uses. The supervisor photographs a bill or speaks into the chat and the system does the sheet. Plenty of farms start this way and move to forms later, once the team is comfortable.

Where do the market prices come from, and how far can we trust them?

They come from the public price sources agreed at setup, for example the daily central market announcements, and the source is shown every time. The suggestions about when to sell are input, not a price guarantee. The owner still decides, and still agrees the price with the buyer.

Our farm grows several crops and keeps livestock too. Does this pack cover that?

Within the pack's scope, yes, if it is one farm on one set of sheets. The system separates costs and production cycles by plot or by run with no limit on the type. If you have several farms or plants with separate data, we will scope that on the free 30-minute call.

Over these 2–3 weeks, what does the farm team have to do?

We need the owner or whoever collates the orders, plus a little of the field supervisors' time, about 2–3 hours a week in total, to send sample orders and bills, tell us which cases a person must see, and check the results during the parallel run. The keelz team does the rest.

Send us one day of screenshots from your order LINE group, then let's talk for 30 minutes

We will tell you how much of your farm's orders, costs and certificates fit this pack, what needs adjusting, and what numbers to expect in the first 30 days. Free, no obligation.
