Starter pack · Education & institutions
Admissions, parent questions and announcements — without the office on the phone all day
A ready-made pack for schools, tutoring centres and training institutes. Four AI agents, already assembled, answer parents around the clock, take applications and check the documents are complete, send announcements and fee notices to the right groups, and brief management every morning. Admission decisions, and everything to do with a child, stay with people.

To the customer
A person approves before it ever reaches the customer· drag to rotate
A fit if you…
- Private schools, tutoring centres or training institutes with 100–2,000 learners and 1–5 office staff handling everything
- Admissions season where the phone is never free, parents ask the same questions over and over, and incomplete applications have to be chased one by one
- Management wants applicant numbers and student status day by day, but today has to wait for a hand-written summary at the end of the week
A day with this pack running
- 07:00The agent summarises yesterday's applicants (new / documents complete / awaiting interview) and sends it to the director on LINE before the morning meeting
- 09:30A parent asks on LINE about fees and the school bus. The AI answers from the school handbook within a minute, and opens the application form to fill in right there in the chat
- 11:00Three applicants upload documents. The AI checks them against the list, tells the one missing a birth certificate to send it, and proposes interview slots for admissions to confirm
- 15:30Homework and exam timetables go out to the right parent groups for each year level, after the class teacher approves the message once
- 18:00Reminders for the second fee instalment go only to those who have not paid, with the payment channels. Anyone asking for an extension is passed to the finance team to handle
The output you get
The system chases the missing documents itself · the office sees every applicant's status on one screen
An illustrative example — the names and figures are invented so you can see the shape of the work; the real thing is built around your business.

What is in the pack
4 AI Agent already assembled
Takes chats from LINE OA, Facebook and the website and answers on curriculum, fees, timetables, the school bus and scholarship terms, from a school handbook your team can edit itself. It remembers what each parent has already asked.
Anything outside the handbook, any complaint, or anything specific to a child is passed to the office with a summary of the conversation.
Opens the application form in the chat, files the documents in a folder per applicant, checks them against the list for that year level, and reminds parents who are still missing something. Once complete, it proposes interview slots from the teachers' free time.
Admissions confirms every interview slot, and admission and scholarship decisions belong to the committee alone.
Sends announcements, homework, exam timetables and fee deadlines to the right parent groups by year level and class, never twice and never to the wrong group, and follows up on who has not opened the message or not paid.
Every message to parents needs a teacher or the office to approve the draft the system prepares.
Combines applicant numbers by year level, outstanding documents, the interview queue, fees received, and any unusual grades or attendance, into a short LINE report before 07:00, with a dashboard to open for the detail.
Management decides whether to open another class, extend the application window, or contact a particular parent. The system does not do it.
All included

Capture the school's handbook and rules
We gather the curriculum documents, fees, rules, the application document list and the teacher timetables into the pack's template, set what the AI may answer and what must go to a person, and sign the PDPA paperwork.

Repeat calls during admissions
From the schools we have done, comparing the admissions seasons before and after go-live.
92%
Applications complete first time
It was around 55%. The system checks and tells the parent the moment they upload.
07:00 every morning
Management sees the status with nobody preparing it
The office used to spend 3–4 hrs a week on hand-written summaries. That time now goes to the parents who need a person.
Price and scope
One price, paid once, to install all four agents within the fixed scope described, plus a small monthly amount for model costs and support, together about what one part-time office assistant costs. In admissions season the cost does not rise with the number of parents getting in touch.
Not included
- A new registrar or finance system (we connect to the one you have if it has an API or can export files)
- Admissions across several campuses with very different criteria, or international programmes that need more than two languages
- AI assessing or grading learners, and the AI contacting students who are minors directly
Where you go when you grow
As the school grows or adds campuses, extend to the “customer service on every channel” bundle to take phone calls and email, or the “people and knowledge” bundle to recruit teachers and capture what your senior teachers know, or use the Design service to build your own workflow from the start.
Safety in this business
- Data about minors always needs parental consent before it is stored. The system asks for consent during the application, keeps the record, and never uses children's data to train any model.
- Application documents and grades stay in the school's own storage with per-person access rights, and the data of unsuccessful applicants is deleted on the schedule the school sets.
- The AI does not decide admissions, scholarships or grades, and does not talk directly to students who are minors. Every message to parents is approved by a teacher or the office before it is sent.
FAQ for Education & institutions
Our office staff are not technical. Can they look after the system themselves?
Yes, because everything the team has to edit is an ordinary document in plain language, such as the answer handbook and the document list. We run two training sessions and sit with you through the first week of go-live. So far, office staff who can use LINE have been able to keep it running.
If the AI answers a question about fees or scholarships wrongly, who is responsible?
The AI answers only from the handbook the school approved, and answers involving numbers show the parent where they came from. If the question falls outside the handbook, the system says a member of staff will get back to them rather than guessing. Every conversation can be read back.
The school uses an old registrar system with no API. Can it connect?
As far as the old system can export Excel or CSV, yes. The agent reads the exported file on a schedule to build the reports. Writing data back into the old system stays the office's job. We make it clear from the first week exactly how far the automation can go.
Is it still worth it outside admissions season?
Announcements, homework, fees and the management report run all year, and questions from current parents never stop during term. Schools generally find that the work outside admissions season takes more office time than they expected, and the monthly cost is low because it follows actual usage.
How do we start?
A free 30-minute call, no obligation. We will ask which questions repeat during admissions, which channels you use, and what registrar system you have. If this pack fits you, we send the scope and the three-week schedule the next day.
