Who this is for

If the numbers you need always arrive late

Numbers arrive late

Owners and executives who get the numbers late, wait for the team to merge files every morning, and then have follow-up questions nobody can answer on the spot

Several branches, several channels

Businesses with several branches, channels or companies in the group, where a problem on the floor takes days to reach head office

A board report every month

Companies reporting to a board, investors or a parent company every month, whose team loses a week rebuilding the same deck

We usually start with Daily Problem Radar

It runs on data you already have, shows results in 2–3 weeks, and gives the other agents something to build on. Not sure how ready your data is? Start with a small 1–2 week Audit that maps where each number lives and how far you can trust it.

Open it in the morning and know what needs attention today

One screen doing three jobs: a summary every morning, an answer when you ask, and a warning when something looks off.

Needs a decision

Approve overtime on production line B, or push back which customer's slot?

Every line opens up to its source: the system it came from, when it was pulled, and the formula used

Mode 01 · Daily Problem Radar

A morning report that points at the problem, not just a table

Before 07:00 the agent pulls the numbers from every system, compares them with the target and with last week, and sends what it noticed to LINE.

  • A one-page daily morning report, findings ordered by urgency
  • Every number shows its source (system, date pulled, formula)
  • A weekly summary comparing the trend over the last 4 weeks

Where a person decides

The report is an observation. Every instruction still comes from leadership, and you decide which topic goes to whom.

More on Daily Problem Radar

A mock-up (invented names, numbers and branches) so you can picture the output — the real thing reads from the systems you already use.

Where the data comes from

Many systems, one screen

Start with the 5–10 numbers that matter, wired to the sources you already have. No system change — try switching one source off in the picture.

  • Every number opens up to its source — which system, which period, how it was calculated
  • Connects to what you already run, Excel and older systems included — no data migration
  • Access follows the role: a branch manager sees only their own branch

Where people decide

AI points things out, people give the orders

None of them issues an order or holds a transaction on its own — here is where a person decides, agent by agent.

  • Daily Problem RadarThe report is an observation. Every instruction still comes from leadership, and you decide which topic goes to whom.
  • Data Q&AAnswers support a decision; they do not instruct anyone. Questions touching confidential data must pass the permissions you set.
  • Sales & Workforce ForecastThe system proposes the plan; a manager approves the roster and the order quantities before anything reaches the real system.
  • Anomaly AlertThe system alerts and suggests possible causes; people check and decide what to do. Nothing is put on hold automatically.
  • Voice of CustomerPersonal data is masked before anything is summarised, and replying to or compensating a customer is your team's decision.
  • Board & Investor PackEvery draft is reviewed and approved by the CFO or leadership before it goes out. The system never sends a report to anyone outside the company.

Common questions

What owners ask before they start

Our data is scattered — some in Excel, some in an old system. Can we still start?

Yes, and that is the normal state of most businesses we meet. We start with the 5–10 numbers that matter most and connect to the sources you already have, without moving systems. Whatever is still typed in by hand shows up in the report as hand-entered, and we reduce that one point at a time.

How do we know the numbers the AI gives us are right?

Every number the system shows can be clicked back to its source: which system, which period, how it was calculated. If the data is not enough, it says it cannot answer rather than guessing. And for the first month we have your team run it alongside the old report until they are confident.

Leadership will see all the confidential figures. What about everyone else?

Access is set by role: a branch manager sees their own branch, accounting sees the finances, leadership sees the whole picture. Personal data about customers and staff is masked before it reaches the AI, in line with PDPA, and you can choose to run entirely on a model inside your own organisation.

How is this different from the dashboard we already have?

A dashboard waits for you to open it and work out what it means. Here the agent reads the numbers, points at what is off, answers questions and warns you first — and it can use your existing dashboard as a source. Nothing you already have gets thrown away.

How much of our team's time does it take, and how do we measure it?

Setting up takes an executive or whoever owns the data roughly 2–3 hrs a week, to say which numbers matter and where the alert thresholds should sit. We agree the measures at the start — time saved on reporting, how much sooner problems surface, how many questions get answered in chat — and report on them every month.
