Investor relations

We are looking for partners who grow with us

Most Thai businesses want to use AI but are stuck because nobody will build it for them — Our bottleneck is people, not market demand So we are open to talking with investors and partners who want to grow this with us.

What we have already built

The figures below are counted from this site's own content — you can click into every one of them and see what is inside. Business figures (clients, revenue, cost) are opened after a confidentiality agreement is signed; we do not advertise them here.

First piece of work

Nearly all built from scratch

As the library grows

About half can be reused

As the library gets larger

Only the fit to the client remains

Ready-built pieces we reuseWhat has to be built new for that client

The library so far — 69 AI Agent · 12 solution sets · 16 industry packs · 9 service types

The larger the library, the smaller the new build per job

How we earn

A client starts with a small assessment and expands as results show. Build work is priced per project; ongoing support is monthly. The real split between the two is opened after a confidentiality agreement.

Build

Paid once, closed as a project

Support

Recurs monthly for as long as it is in use

Clients who stay usually expand into the next piece of work — starting the cycle again on the left

The funding will be used for

Grow the delivery team

Our bottleneck is how many people can build these systems, not how many businesses want AI. Most of the funding goes into hiring and training those people.

Build more that can be reused

Work that gives several clients the same shape — the more we can package, the lower the cost per client and the faster we deliver.

Build partner channels

Accounting practices, ERP implementers and software resellers already have clients who trust them. Going with them costs less than finding clients one at a time.

Why partners cost less than direct acquisition

Direct acquisition

Effort per client, with cost per client staying flat

Through partners

Partners

Reaches a whole group of clients they already look after

More output per unit of effort

Who we want to talk to

  • Investors who understand services businessesRevenue comes from work delivered, not subscriptions. Growth is therefore tied to staffing and to what we can reuse.
  • Partners who already serve business clientsWanting to add AI services to what they already sell, without building a tech team
  • People who want to put in effort, not only moneyOpening doors to clients, helping with enterprise delivery, or having scaled a services business before

Partners What you get

  • Decision rights in proportionStructure and voting rights are agreed in the contract, through both sides' advisers.
  • Reporting on a fixed cycleThe accounts and metrics we agreed, sent on the real schedule — not only when the news is good.
  • Connect your business to our serviceIf you already have business clients, we can design the AI service to travel through your channel.
  • Access to the team and the real workSit in on work being delivered and talk to the people doing it, rather than seeing slides.

What is opened after the NDA

  • Financial statements and cost structure per project
  • Current client and contract status, with renewal cycles
  • Deals in conversation, and their estimated value
  • The 12–24 month growth plan and the assumptions behind it
  • Team structure, compensation, and the hiring plan
  • The risks we see, and what we do about them

What we have not ready yet

We wrote this ourselves, because you would find it in diligence anyway — and we would rather you found it from us first.

Growth is tied to staffing

We are a services business, not software that resells at no cost. More work means more people — that is the main reason we are raising.

The team is not settled yet

We are still building the core team, which is why the site shows roles rather than names.

No external certification yet

We work to PDPA, ISO 27001 and OWASP practice, but have not been certified by an external auditor. Details are on the safety page.

Business figures are not public

We choose not to advertise client or revenue figures publicly, because the public cannot verify them. They are opened in full after an NDA.

Let us talk How it works

  1. 1

    A 30-minute call first

We explain what we do, where revenue comes from and what we are stuck on — with no promotional deck.

  2. 2

    Sign a confidentiality agreement

Before the real numbers, both sides

  3. 3

    Open the books

Financial statements, cost structure, current clients and contracts, the growth plan, and the risks we can see.

  4. 4

    Agree terms

Form and proportion are discussed case by case, through both sides' advisers.

This page is an invitation to talk, nothing more. This is not a public offering of securities We do not publish valuation, equity split, projected returns or a minimum investment on this site —those are discussed case by case, through both sides' advisers.

Questions we get most often

Why a services business rather than resellable software?+

Because most Thai clients are not short of tools — they are short of anyone who will fit a system to the work they already do. So we start with service, then pull the repeated parts out into ready-made sets. The more we accumulate, the lower the cost per client — see the reuse diagram above.

What stops someone copying this?+

Not the technology — anyone can call an AI model. What accumulates is the set of workflows wired into the systems Thai businesses actually run, the judgement about where a human must approve, and clients trusting us with their data. None of those three can be copied in a day.

Is revenue one-off or recurring?+

Both. Assessment and build are per project; ongoing support is monthly. The real split and renewal cycle are opened after an NDA.

Why not state the raise amount on the site?+

A private limited company cannot offer shares to the general public without going through Thailand's SEC process. This page is an invitation to talk, nothing more. Details are discussed case by case, through both sides' advisers.

Does it have to be money only?+

No. We are just as interested in partners who put in effort as capital — opening doors to clients, helping with enterprise delivery, or having scaled a services business before.
